Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel room felt more like an apartment than just a room, which was a great surprise. The service was top-notch, with Nancy from the front desk shining for her excellent customer service. The location was unbeatable, offering a mix of quiet surroundings and accessibility to everything we needed. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially with additional unexpected charges. Overall, a stay with ups and downs, but definitely worth it.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were smaller than expected and had a large crack, but they did have unique older furniture. The temperature control was an issue with no happy medium. The service was very accommodating and professional overall, despite a rough start. The location was excellent, close to attractions and dining options. The dining experience had some delays, but the breakfast was enjoyable.
The hotel offers pleasant, well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable rooms; however, they do not come with a refrigerator, so if room size matters, consider upgrading. The service was friendly and helpful, and the location is great for exploring downtown and the nearby attractions. The dining options are somewhat limited, but the staff is super helpful and welcoming. The overall experience offers good value for money.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely sized considering the city center location, but there was a disappointment as the shower head was missing and the actual room didn't match the online photos. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and helpful, with the exception of one rude encounter at the front desk. The location was excellent, being right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile with easy access to many attractions. The dining experience left something to be desired with inattentive service, although the dishes were flavorful. Overall, the hotel offers some great advantages but also has its drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were good-sized but unfortunately not well-maintained, with dirty sheets that seemed unchanged. On the bright side, the service was very accommodating and friendly. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the upscale Near North area of Chicago, close to major attractions. However, the dining experience was lacking, with overpriced and poor-quality options. Facilities were standard, nothing exceptional.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a great bed and a good size bathroom, super quiet, and exceptionally comfortable. The service was top-notch, the location was perfect for exploring Chicago, and the dining experience was very good. However, the additional parking fee was a downside.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great bathroom, although the connection was quite poor, making it challenging to work or stay in touch with family. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to shopping, dining, and iconic landmarks.
